Lib Dem Councillors Serve on Flintshire County and Several Town/Community Councils                                                                                                 LIB DEMS INCREASE NUMBER OF COUNCILLORS ON FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL FROM 10 to 12 AND LABOUR LOSE CONTROL TO A NEW COALITION GROUP   Lib. Dem. Councillor Quentin Dodd (Newbrighton)  takes the Chair at Flintshire County Council. After several years of being excluded from most positions of responsibility at Flintshire County Council, the recent election victory for Liberal Democrats, Independents and Conservatives has put an end to years of Labour control. The new coalition has ensured a fairer allocation of County Council posts across the parties.
